A few things to note about the application:
1) The deadline for submitting the online application for Spring (January) 2012 admission is October 12th (this Wednesday). [Excuse my posting this late.]
2) However, since the Online Application only requires basic information, it is very easy to complete and can be completed perhaps in an hour or less. [The GRE/GMAT & TOEFL scores are not compulsory to enter at this time.]
3) The required documents (recommendation letters, statement of purpose, scanned copies of passport & transcripts) are to be uploaded by October 19.
4) The University is for males only.

As regards Salafiyyah:
- For some the trusted people of knowledge who give classes here in the Dhahran / Khobar / Dammam area, please see this thread: http://www.salafitalk.net/st/viewmes...=9&Topic=11666
- But I know of only one of these classes (about 1hr away in Jubail) with Shaykh Ramzaan - may Allaah preserve him - that is translated.
- Also, alhamdulillaah, there's a community of English-speaking Salafi brothers from the West & other parts of Africa & Asia here in the Eastern Province (i.e. Dammam, Jubail, etc) and a smaller community in the University in particular.

Inshaa'Allaah, the KFUPM application for admission into M.Sc., Ph.D & MBA programs in the Fall (Sept/Oct) 2012 semester would open tomorrow (Monday, Feb 6th). See the above post for more info.

Also, it seems the application for King 'Abdul-'Azeez University (KAU, in Jeddah, Saudi) is currently open as well. See more information at these links:

For both universities, alhamdulillaah, the application forms are quite easy to fill (perhaps in less than 15 mins) but one would also need to upload necessary documents.

Also, KAU may have some degrees not available at KFUPM but I don't know about the standard of education there.
